1. Olive orchard tour and description of sustainable ag initiatives
2. Farming techniques applied to influence olive oil flavor profiles
3. Explanation of how those profiles are used to create Olio Nuevo products.
4. In depth tasting experience and explanation.
5. The state of our industry both locally and nationally
