Earth Day Yoga in the Vines & Organic Brunch

After Saturday’s Earth Day Main Event return to Castoro for Yoga in the Vines & an Organic Brunch on Sunday, April 19th. Recover from your celebration with this amazing all levels class and an organic brunch from Chef Jeffry Weisinger. Tickets are only $30 ($25 for Club Members), check in at 8:45AM.

This all levels class will be taught by in house Yogi: Lauren Harvey. Lauren teaches all over the central coast and has a diverse background teaching a broad spectrum of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and meditation classes.

Water will be provided but please bring your own reusable canteen.
Make sure to bring your mat.
Dress in layers because it may be a brisk morning.
