Niner Wine Estate’s Earth Day Food & Wine Dinner with Maegen Loring

An unequivocal gastronomical experience, Le Grand Aioli is a traditional Provencal feast that we are bringing to Paso Robles Wine Country and Niner Wine Estates. The meal is designed to be enjoyed family style, and accompanied by great conversation, good friends and, in true French style, wine (Rose being the preferred choice). The meal itself centers on Aioli—derived from the French “ail” meaning garlic, and “oli” the old langue d’oc word for olive oil. This delectable sauce is served alongside a vast array of tender vegetables, meats and fresh seafood, and crusty rustic bread to create a truly spectacular meal.
