Where is the main event?

The Earth Day Food & Wine Festival’s main event is at SIP Certified Castoro Cellars in Paso Robles, California.  Visit our Getting to the Event page for more information.

When is the event?

Mark your calendars! The 2015 Earth Day Food & Wine Weekend is April 17-19, 2015.

What kind of tickets are available?

Tickets for the main event come in every shape and size…just like us!

Premiere Admission begins at 1pm and is strictly limited to just 250 guests – you can purchase a table for $800 which includes seating for 8, early entry, and a cool tote filled with goodies for everyone.  You could also purchase tickets individually for $115 which includes seating and the tote.  Premiere Admission sells out every year and we strongly recommend advance purchase by February.

General Admission begins at 2pm.  Purchase those before the event for $75.  We also sell Designated Driver tickets for $50.  Wanna wait until the day of?  All General Admission pricing is $10 more at the gate.

Well this is fun!  Wine Down Sunday activities are hosted throughout the Central Coast and tickets are all purchased separately from our good friends and hosts.  Take a look at the schedule for more information.

How do I get to the main event?

You can either park onsite with advance purchase of $25 per vehicle or you can take advantage of our Luxury Coach service.  If you drive though, be sure to follow our directions and not your GPS – just a friendly tip!

Do I park or take a luxury coach to the main event?

You can do either! BUT parking is extremely limited and is $25 per vehicle.  Advanced purchase is required.  Or take our Luxury Coaches if you prefer – we are all over the county!

What should I wear?

You get points if you wear one of our cool pieces of merchandise from past or current years to the main event!  Aside from that, we recommend you come ready to have a great time in a casual setting.  By all means look cute, but remember it’s a working vineyard with uneven ground and while we provide plenty of cover, we are outside – it’s Earth Day after all!

How much food is at the event?

We guarantee that you will not leave hungry!  We love our wine, but the food for this event is unbelievable and gives our wine buddies a run for their money – there is a 1:1 food to wine ration and all ot it is included in your ticket price!  Our guests have enjoyed Wild Boar Goulash With Hungarian Paprika & Homemade Fresh Herb Pasta, Tomato Basil Organic Beef Bratwurst, Spiced Beet Tartar on a Crispy Rice Paper, Persian Shredded Curry Pork on Artisinal Flat Bread topped with a Freshly Made Papaya & Roasted Corn Salsa, Salted Caramel Brownies, Italian Bruschetta, Misty Bay Shrimp Salad, Sheeps Milk Ice Cream…we’re stuffed, how about you?

Can kids come to the event?

We’ve seen it all!  Some parents bring their kids along while others prefer to make a grownup date out of the afternoon – doesn’t matter to us except that we ask you pack those diapers out…they do count against our trash weight and diapers are heavy!  Kids under 10 are free, but over 10 they’ll need a Designated Driver ticket for $50 which will get them all of the food they want along with a few non-alcoholic drinks.

Can I bring my dog to the event?

Doggone it – we love our pets, but this is an event they should skip.  Of course we welcome working dogs – we’ll even put out a bowl of water for ‘em!

We are coming into town from out of the area, where can we stay?

Boy are you lucky!  Not only attending the Earth Day Food & Wine Weekend, but staying in the gorgeous Central Coast of California.  We have quaint B&Bs, luxury hotels, and everything in between to suit your needs and budget.
